Do you know the hit radio station Z100? Well…you should! They have all the great radio hits that teens love, from Ashley Tisdale to David Archuleta.
What a fab event last week at the Z100 Jingle Ball in New York’s Madison Square Garden! All backstage of course. And the teen queen bees were there, swarming in all their couture glory and hunting the celebs for autographs. Seriously, it was a star studded evening: Ashley Tisdale, David Archuleta (that cutie pie from American Idol), Brody Jenner (The Hills regular), Brandi, Nick Lachey all came to the H&M Gifting Lounge and backstage to the press room before their appearances on stage.
The gifting lounge is the area where celebs can come and pick out free gifts hosted by several sponsors. This year, there was Bratz Dolls, Dooney & Burke (with nylon totes designed specifically for Z100…a rare occurrence), Canon Digital Cameras, New York Health & Racquet Club, Soda Club Soda Maker, Blackberry Pearl 8820 Fliphone, Duracell Snowmobike, Hasbro Games (they had Clue!! I loved that game as much as Brit loves her new comeback tours), D’Annunzio Group diamonds and jewelry, and Paris Hilton’s new perfume Fairy Dust.
I cannot believe that celebs like Brandi, Nick Lachey and Ashley Tisdale scooped up free diamonds and crazy jewelry worth thousands of dollars. Brandi loved this unique heart pendant worth $6,600 (in picture above), and Nick Lachey took a pendant for a “special someone.” This pendant is worth over $4,000. I guess the recession hasn’t hit the upper 1% of society, for sure.
Brody Jenner was very supportive of all his fans (mainly screaming teenage girls). He signed autographs for a few minutes and chatted to the press. He is loving his role on The Hills. Here he is with Duracell’s Snowmobike that stores energy to power the 2009 Ball Drop at Times Square.

Stars who stopped by the H&M Guest included Ne-Yo, Brandy,David Archuleta, Jesse McCartney, Paramore, Leona Lewis and Katy Perry. They all received $500 H&M gift cards. Hey, it’s good to be a celeb, right?
