While attending the CEW Product Demonstration during Fashion Week, I encountered zillions of worthy nominees: from Avon’s Anew Clinical Dermabrasion System to Thymes’ Face Polish.
For those who have never heard of the CEW Awards, here’s a description in a nutshell. The CEW Awards (Cosmetic Executive Women Awards) are considered one of the most prestigious in the Beauty industry, and millions of products vie to be nominated and voted as a finalist and winner.
The votes are completely democratic and come from the thousands of CEW members, industry insiders, and experts. Check out the various categories for the products here:
Voting is limited to members as of December 31, 2008.
I decided to give my candid opinions each day on the various products I took home in my hefty CEW Goody Bag. First up…EOS Shaving Cream.
This is a MOISTURIZING Shaving Cream that does not lather, foam or does anything funny. No somersaults, backflips. Just a nice emollient lotion that goes onto wet skin and makes shaving a breeze.
It has natural aloe, oat and shea butter while moisturizing the skin. Plus the fragrances are delish.
pomegranate raspberry
lavender jasmine- island blue
