Now let’s put it this way: my husband is harder to please than Donald Trump when it comes to shaving supplies. He’ll wash his body with plain ol’ soap but his shaving regimen is more “Art of Shaving” than “drugstore razor.”
So when he actually put his stamp of approval on the lovely Signature Mint Shave Kit by Everyman Jack, I knew I had to include it in my list of Father’s Day recommendations. Best of all, it’s only $9.99.
There are three components to this kit. The Signature Mint Face Wash; Shave Cream; Shave Lotion. The three musketeers come in an elegant toiletry bag.
The face wash has coconut-derived surfactants. The lotion contains Marine Extracts and shea butter to hydrate. Plus there’s Aloe + Vitamin E to help heal and protect.
Hubby’s notes:
Pre-Shave Mint Face Wash: Overall, a solid product. It delivers a thorough cleaning and does not linger on the face for a long time. Despite the mint, it does not have a strong scent, which is good.
Hydrating Formula Shave Cream: This delivers excellent protection and there are absolutely NO cuts. I tested it with a Mach 3 and a Fusion razor too. It washes off cleanly and there is no residue. The mint smell is not overbearing and is good for a men’s product.
This Signature Mint Shave Kit also comes with a handy toiletry bag.
Shave Lotion: It’s definitely needed post shave and has a nice finish. You don’t require a lot at all.
The final complete shave was extremely smooth, very soothing and there is NO razor burn after the shave (key). The skin feels very moisturized and there’s no chafing. I would definitely but this again and for $20 it’s definitely worth the buy.
