Okay, folks, so my challenge from Total Beauty and Sebastian Professional was to create a hairdo using their new Volupt Spray, their new hair building spray-gel. The texture of the gel is light, yet leaves a not too slick residue on the hair. It’s PERFECT for hair teasing and volumizing. Think of it as a fluff beater for your hair.
So, this is my mug shot (my BEFORE shot, in magazine circles):
I originally wanted to do a really pouffy bouffant with BEADS, but the beads kept falling down…so…I improvised.
I sprayed my hair in sections with Sebastian Professional Volupt Spray, taking care not to over weigh the hair:
Then I teased the hair with my fingers to amp up the volume:
Then I braided sides of my hair to give hair a texturized look:
Then I undid the braids, loosely teased the hair again, and pulled the sides back and clipped the hair with a barrette for a pulled back, put together look:
Easy and chic! Remember to use a cute looking barrette so the back of your hair looks glam too:
There are so many ways you can style your hair with Sebastian Volupt Spray. You can just tousle your hair and ride the “wave.”
